Rewards Program Terms And Conditions
THE PROGRAM
The Narayan Wellness Rewards Points program (“Program”) is designed to help you get the most out of your wellness services. Narayan Wellness rewards you for doing the things you already do, getting your monthly massage, purchasing gift certificates, products and services, and even referring friends. Upon payment of any purchase and creating a customer account with Narayan Wellness you will be prompted to enroll in the program and agree to its Terms and Conditions below. If you choose not to participate, simply do not enroll or let us know by email at info@narayanwellness.com, but why wouldn’t you want to earn free services and products?
The following Narayan Wellness Rewards Points terms and conditions (These “Rewards Terms and Conditions”) contain important information regarding the Program. These Rewards Terms and Conditions govern your participation in any and all Program offers. Participation in the Program constitutes your agreement to the Site Terms and Conditions, and the Site Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein.
Being eligible for the Program entitles you to take advantage of certain Program Rewards (“Rewards”) that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Narayan Wellness Inc in its sole discretion. Narayan Wellness Inc reserves the right to modify these Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to you, so please check the Rewards Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Rewards Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Narayan Wellness Inc may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Program Reward at any time, including the availability of any Program Reward, with or without notice.
ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Program, you must be an active registered customer/client of Narayan Wellness Inc and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands and be 18 years of age or older. Customers/Clients who’s account has been closed, suspended, or terminated are not eligible to earn or use Rewards Points. Upon closure, suspension, or termination of your Narayan Wellness account, your Rewards Points will automatically expire and may not be used. If your Narayan Wellness account has no activity for a period of one year or more, we may expire your Rewards Points and terminate your participation in the Rewards Program. Rewards Points are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
EARNING NARAYAN WELLNESS REWARDS POINTS
Once you have established your Narayan Wellness customer account and enrolled in the Program, you will automatically begin earning Rewards Points (“Points”) as outlined on the “Rewards Program” page. You may also earn points through purchasing rewards point packages in the Narayan Wellness Online Store.
Narayan Wellness Inc reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability, or notice to customers/clients, all or part of the Points’ value structure and offers and any merchandise or service. You can check your Rewards Points balance on your rewards account page at any time.
REWARDS POINTS REDEMPTION
Redeeming your points is simple. Just log into your account to redeem during purchase online, request redemption at the time of an appointment or request by email at info@narayanwellness.com. Redemption levels apply as outlined on the “Rewards Program” page of the Narayan Wellness Inc website,
Only one award redeemed from Rewards Points may be used per transaction or visit.
REWARDS CONDITIONS
Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to customer/client. customers/clients are solely responsible for sales tax, gratuity and to report such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Unused rewards point expire one year after date of earning. Narayan Wellness Inc may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify a customer/client’s accrued rewards points balance and/or any redeemed reward at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. All rewards point package purchases are final and non-refundable. Rewards points have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or refund.
TERMINATION
Narayan Wellness Inc may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward, with or without notice. Narayan Wellness Inc may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any customer/client’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Rewards Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions,.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the State of California shall govern these Rewards Terms and Conditions. Customer/Client hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in California for all matters arising in connection with these Rewards Terms and Conditions or Member’s participation in the Program.
