Lite is specifically designed for people who are not working one-on-one with a coach.

What To Expect
- Perform a check-in through our software each week
- Receive one item of feedback from your coach after check-in each week & adjusted macros if warranted
- Upload progress photos into the software every 4 weeks or more weeks for accountability & tracking purposes
- Track both your weight & waist measurements weekly (All other measurements are available but optional)
