Here’s what you need:

  • 1 Organic Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bunch Organic Fresh Mint, leaves
  • 1 cup Organic Fat-Free Greek Yogurt – Unsweetened Vanilla
  • 2-4 drops Lime Essential Oil or the Juice of 1 Organic Lime
