Nature Body Bootcamp is an outdoor group adventure fitness training to get you in the best shape of your life in the way nature intended. Our trainers take you out on beautiful trails, challenging terrain, open spaces, and beyond.

Enjoy the most fun and natural work out filled with a custom mix of training including Trail Running, Hiking, Core Exercise, Plyometrics, Innovative Lifting, Balance & Coordination, Climbing, and much more to create a body that not only looks amazing, but one that is strong, fast, and able to take on anything the world can throw at it. We operate rain or shine and encourage our clients to let nature be their coach and take on any challenge she throws our way!

We focus on functional fitness utilizing the varied challenges nature has provided to get you in the best shape of your life, achieve the body you want, and reach your goals. Enjoy the most fun, natural, and practical work out you have ever experienced. We offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions to meet your needs as well as the tools to track your progress along the way toward your body and fitness goals.
